CJ actually stands for “Can’t Jump” because the military guys were told by their superiors that you cannot jump them, which only encouraged them to do exactly that - of course, you CAN in fact jump them. Just not very far . “GODDAMNIT JOHNSON I TOLD YOU NOT TO JUMP THAT VEE-HICKLE NOW DROP AND GIMME FIDDY”
